ASSESS
A thorough assessment process utilizing surveys, qualitative and quantitative data collection methods, and facilitating processes with stakeholders to gain a deep and multifaceted understanding of the existing situation. We explore people, culture, leadership, processes, competencies, performance, engagement, learning, motivators, mindsets, structure and tools.
DIALOGUE
Through a series of purposeful conversations, inclusive of all stakeholders and with a view towards equity, diversity and inclusion, we seek to provide clarity and alignment around the current state and define desired behaviors, competencies and goals to effectively drive performance and learning, moving forward.
DESIGN
A comprehensive “People Forward” strategy and plan is developed while building inclusion, momentum, and sustainability of the transformation effort.
